Flip through some of the top listings on Airbnb, and you’ll see what I mean. 

Gorgeous places—stunning homes, killer views—but the photo captions? Blank or vague.

Take this pic as an example. Gorgeous. They’ve got a villa, in the heart of Napa Valley, with a private pool and hot tub, but they’re leaving the photo caption blank? That’s a missed shot at sealing the deal.

Put yourself in the guest’s shoes - when they see this, they’re probably wondering: How many people fit in the hot tub? Does it cost extra to use? Will it be heated for me, or do I need a YouTube tutorial to figure it out? 

Guests are left guessing—and when they’re guessing, they’re not booking. They’re messaging you instead, or worse, moving on. 

My point is - a little detail in the caption can answer those questions upfront and nudge them toward hitting “reserve.”

Tell it about the listing - in this case “an Airbnb listing in the heart of Napa Valley”, and give it some details, ex: “hot tub fits 6 adults, no extra charge to use”. Then copy/paste the photo, and ask it to give you 5 caption options. 

That's it. Hit submit, and boom, 5 solid captions in seconds.

Check these out: 

“Your private oasis in Napa Valley: a sparkling pool, lush greenery, and a 6-person hot tub ready to enjoy at no extra cost.” 

Or,

“Unwind in the heart of Napa Valley with a refreshing swim and a 6-person hot tub—no extra charge, just pure relaxation.” 

Pretty solid, right?

Copy, paste, done. Takes 60 seconds, and your listing’s instantly sharper. 

And if you don’t love the vibe, tweak it. Tell ChatGPT to add more specifics or refine it—and it’ll churn out more.
